About the High Commission of Jamaica in India

Jamaica and India established diplomatic relations in 1962 and have developed cooperation across diplomacy, trade, culture, education and people-to-people ties. Jamaica opened its first resident diplomatic mission in India in 2020, giving the relationship a permanent institutional presence in New Delhi. The High Commission represents Jamaica in India and supports official dialogue, consular work, economic engagement and wider bilateral cooperation. Its establishment marked an important step in a partnership that has continued for more than six decades. This page records a formal visit to the mission without identifying the accompanying representatives beyond the information presently documented.
